BOOKMARC: THE MARC JACOBS BOOKSTORE
In 2010, after the closing of Biography Bookshop in NYC, Marc Jacobs introduced the first Bookmarc store in its place.
Under the Special Projects division the concept and store vision was brought to life with design, curation and partnerships to launch the retail flagship.
Bookmarc features a wide array of art, photography, fashion and music books, and a curated assortment of the latest works from the pop culture world, as well as signed copies and rare first editions of classics. Mixed in with the titles, is an exclusive line of product which includes everything from tote bags to pencils to notebooks. Subsequent locations have opened in Los Angeles, Paris and London.
